Product Operations Manager

Benepass is seeking a Product Operations Manager to own the operationalization of product work across the business, partnering with Product and Engineering Managers to understand the roadmap and upcoming sprint work, and ensuring operational considerations are incorporated early in planning.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in product operations, project management, technical program management, or a similar cross-functional role
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams, ideally in a sprint-based development environment
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong track record of driving initiatives from ambiguity to execution, with clear ownership and follow-through
• Ability to translate technical product work into operational impact for internal teams and customers
• Experience building or improving processes, frameworks, or playbooks that scale
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
