Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own our fintech strategy and partnerships. The role will define how we build and scale the financial infrastructure behind Benepass.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with significant time building fintech products
• Deep understanding of the money ecosystem, including card issuance, processors, payment rails, and bank cores
• Experience working directly with BaaS partners (e.g., Stripe, Unit, Marqeta, Lithic, Treasury Prime, Column, Increase, etc.)
• Proven track record of owning both partnership relationships and technical implementations
• Strong product judgment and ability to navigate complex tradeoffs
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with external partners and executives
