We have an exciting career opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our land development team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with land development projects and comprehensive detailed knowledge and experience relating to the creation of plans in both commercial and public sector projects.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of diverse and progressive site development experience
- Licensed PE in the state of NC
- 4-year undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience working with public agencies, private entities and/or local area governmental jurisdictions
- Progressive experience with developing plans specifications, and submissions per development regulatory standards and requirements
- Excellent communication and client relation skills
- Strong organizational skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules
- Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software
