Roadway Project Engineer

Benesch is seeking a Project Engineer to join their Civil Roadway team in Glastonbury, CT. The ideal candidate will have experience with civil transportation design and a comprehensive knowledge of roadway projects. Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of diverse and progressive civil transportation design experience
• Licensed PE in the state of CT or ability to obtain licensure within one year
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience working with public agencies, private entities and/or municipalities
• Progressive experience with developing plans specifications, and submissions per DOT standards
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
• Strong organizational skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules
• OpenRoads Designer proficiency
• Assure compliance with project CADD standards
• Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner
