Job Description
Benesch is a growing, multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm. We are looking for a Structural-Bridge Technical Manager to lead project teams and provide technical advice to staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing structural-bridge projects and mentoring staff.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) required
- Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural) required
- SE License in IL required
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in structural engineering with a transportation focus
- IDOT, ISTHA, and CDOT experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of software appropriate for the discipline, showing proficiency in most programs specific to this role/discipline
- Experience with MicroStation is required; experience in 3D bridge modeling is highly desirable
- Experience with Construction Engineering services is highly desirable
