Job Description
Benesch is a growing, multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm. We are looking for a Structural Project Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our Lehigh Valley office.
Requirements
- S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- PE License in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain through reciprocity
- Minimum of 6 years of vertical building design and miscellaneous structural design experience
- Proficient experience with steel lateral systems and shear walls
- Strong working knowledge of current IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and AISC 360
- Experience working with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and local municipalities
- Excellent communication and client relation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis/FEM modeling software
