Job Description
Benevity is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning and analysis processes, support strategic decision-making, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. The role involves leading annual budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial reports, spearheading automation of financial operations, and providing financial support on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles
- Proven technical development and AI competencies
- Advanced Excel skills and 3+ years' experience with financial planning tools
- Experience with Netsuite or similar accounting software
