Job Description
The Early Childhood Lead Teacher position is for an education professional eager to participate in the development of a growing Reggio-Emilia inspired academic program and help create and support a unique school culture.
Requirements
- Collaborative mindset; adept at working with teams and open to new ideas
- Adaptability and a creative spirit
- Program and curriculum development experience; inquiry-based and/or project-based learning preferred
- Deep engagement in pedagogical trends, research, and best practices
- Experience/professional development in/with special education
- Experience with technology as a tool for teaching and learning
- Physical strength to independently lift 15-20 lbs
- Fluency in written and oral language in English
- Ability to oversee and ensure the safety of children in and out of the classroom
