Job Description
The Implementation Consultant leads end-to-end client implementations of the Bentek platform owning project planning, requirements discovery, cross-functional coordination, data/integration readiness, testing, and go-live while keeping clients informed and projects on time and within scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Prior experience implementing, configuring, or working with Benefits Administration/HRIS/ERP, or similar software
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HR/Benefits
- Valid Driver's license is required
