As a Process Engineer at BENTELER Automotive, you will develop, maintain, and improve production means to ensure controlled, stable, and meeting client requirements and BENTELER guidelines. You will support the successful implementation of new projects, engineering, and process changes in accordance with clients, to ensure and improve quality, delivery, and cost of products.

Requirements

• Indicators management (OEE, objective compliance, costs, scrap)
• Core Tools, SAP, statistics, and GD&T
• Process tools (Yamazumis, Poka Yokes, standard work, ergonomics, times, and movements, and line balancing)
• Client-specific standards
• Standardized work and SMED
• Project management
• Problem-solving tools (8D’s, A3, 5W’s, Six sigma, etc.)
• CAD software management (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Ergonomics and safety
• Business English
