Bentley Systems is seeking a Director of Paid Media & Performance Marketing to lead a global paid media function and drive significant pipeline and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital growth, with 5–8+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing large scale global media budgets across platforms
- Deep expertise in B2B and/or SaaS marketing, with experience navigating long sales cycles and high-value pipeline generation
- Experience managing direct to customer performance marketing with high volume transactional sales through digital
- Strong command of advanced attribution models, audience strategy, bid optimization, and experimentation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex strategies and performance insights to executive leadership
- Experience working with analytics and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and CRM integrations
- A builder mindset—resourceful, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguity to drive results
- Passion for innovation, with a strong interest in AI and the evolving digital media landscape
