Job Description
The Manager, Product Design will lead the design of Bentley's buying experience, working closely with Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Engineering to shape how users discover, evaluate, and purchase our products. The role requires 8+ years of UX, UI, or Product Design experience, with 3+ years of management experience. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of contributing to digital buying or growth experiences and be a genuine people leader who invests in their team's growth, creates clarity, and holds high standards without creating fear.
