In this role, you will manage a globally distributed team of developers and oversee day‐to‐day operations, driving technical excellence, organizational transformation, and strategic impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience with 3+ years of technical experience
• Proven leadership experience managing globally distributed software teams with 2+ years of experience
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership skills
• High intellectual curiosity and adaptability to evolving tools, technologies, and industry trends
