Principal Product Manager to lead Platform team in Bentley's Platform team dedicated to Project Norse initiative. Bridge between Platform and Project Norse, building collaborative relationships and driving solutions to customers' needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or business development experience
• Strong track record of driving significant and sustained long-term customer or partner success
• Credible to a world-class engineering team with tech savvy and understanding of business impact
• Fantastic communication skills and interpersonal savvy
• Leadership through influence, guiding stakeholders toward shared outcomes without relying on organizational hierarchy or positional power
