Product Manager

Bentley Systems is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Product Manager to lead a mission-critical internal product that forms the backbone of our global operations.

Requirements

• Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core internal platform used company-wide.
• Serve as the connector between technology, people, and business, ensuring the platform's direction supports current needs and future growth.
• Partner closely with engineering, including our Senior Software Engineer / Product Manager, to design, develop, and launch secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
• Run a fast, structured requirements and feedback process to gather insights from diverse stakeholders and translate them into meaningful product improvements.
• Facilitate alignment across teams, synthesizing divergent inputs to drive clear, confident, and broadly supported decisions.
• Ensure platform changes are well-orchestrated and non-disruptive, enabling smooth adoption and minimal workflow interruptions.
• Advocate for continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and a world-class internal user experience.
