Senior Consultant (Maximo)

The Senior Consultant (Maximo) aligns with functional consultants, business, and IT stakeholders to translate business issues and requirements into best practice processes, blueprint, functional, and technical specifications. They provide a leadership role for peers through extensive knowledge in their area of specialization.

Requirements

• Act as Solution or Team Leader on large projects
• Configure and customize client solutions applying in-depth knowledge of workflows, system configuration, best practice and customizations
• Responsible for architecting, designing, documenting, and prototyping the associated technical solutions for the system configuration to be implemented
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to execute agreed project delivery plan, assess progress and identify risks
• Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Convert functional requirements into technical specifications
• Manage the coordination of data modelling and data collection activities
• Identify areas of opportunity with your clients, and take initiative to collaborate on potential solutions
• Mentor, support and guide junior team members
• Seeking continuous improvements in implementation of processes and procedures and deliver independently or with the team
• Lead and participate in technical workshops
