Senior Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to enable high-performing product teams and partner with cross-functional teams to improve ways of working.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cross-functional product teams
• Background in product operations, agile coaching, or similar roles
• Strong facilitation skills, including experience with conflict resolution, group dynamics, and working across diverse personality styles
• Comfort with product and delivery tooling (experience with Aha! and/or Azure DevOps is a bonus)
• Ability to observe team dynamics objectively and provide thoughtful, constructive, and sometimes challenging feedback
• Proven experience driving cultural and behavioral change through agile mindsets and best-practice adoption
• Natural connector who can synthesize diverse inputs, align stakeholders, and help teams find a clear path forward
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Familiarity with infrastructure engineering and SaaS product organizations is a plus
