Senior Software Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining modern web applications for the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud product line. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in React based frontend development, cloud native solutions on Microsoft Azure, and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Design and build scalable, production-grade front-end applications using React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+), with strong focus on maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
• Own front-end architecture and technical design decisions, applying responsive design, object-oriented principles, and proven design patterns to deliver intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX and navigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to analyse requirements, solve complex problems, and propose effective technical solutions and workflows.
• Take full ownership of production-level code, adhering to coding standards, participating in code reviews, debugging and root-causing complex issues, and maintaining clear technical documentation.
• Leverage Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, builds, deployments, and operational readiness, contributing to performance optimization, scalability considerations, and agile delivery practices.
