We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support management through sound Human Resource Practices and hands-on know-how. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Requirements
- Conduct full life-cycle recruitment
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records
- Conduct and coordinate new employee on-boarding and orientation
- Lead talent management programs
- Work closely with leadership to assess risk and provide HR expertise
- Oversee all Employee Relations issues
- Build effective relationships with team leaders
- Maintain effective labor relations with union and management leadership
- Credential Doctors as required by AAAHC and Joint Commission requirements
- Ensure employee personnel records are maintained and updated according to company standards
