Consultant interim management

Berenschot is looking for a strong consultant to grow our interim community, optimally utilize existing contracts, and develop new commercial opportunities. You will be responsible for building, strengthening, and activating our interim community and further developing our market position.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree
• Three to five years of experience in interim management, deployment, or recruitment and selection
• Proven experience with recruitment, business development, and building networks or communities
• Commercial mindset
• Digital tools and platforms for community and network management
• Strong communication skills and pleasure in building sustainable relationships
