Job Description
We are looking for an experienced executive assistant who works independently, is result-driven and has a high sense of responsibility. In this role, you will support the director and serve as the central point of contact within the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable function within business services
- Experience with the Office package and excellent digital skills
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing
- Accuracy and a structured working style, with the ability to set the right priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Discretion and organizational sensitivity in relation to confidential information at director level
