Junior consultant organisatieontwerp

You will work as a Junior Consultant Organisational Design in a team that advises profit and non-profit companies on organisational structure optimisation. You will help organisations redesign their structure, develop blueprints, and facilitate workshops. You will work closely with colleagues and experts from other advisory groups at Berenschot.

Requirements

• One to three years of relevant work experience after completing academic education
• Proven experience at an advisory firm or as an internal advisor at a larger organisation
• Knowledge of organisational design and restructuring projects
• Experience in facilitating workshops and group processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team-oriented work attitude
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Strong drive and desire to take action
