We are looking for a Team Leader for Programs & Projects at Veenendaal Municipality. You will lead a team of 35 professionals, including project and program managers, lawyers, economists, environmental managers, planners, communication officers, and project assistants. You will be responsible for managing and realizing projects and programs that are truly visible in the city.

Requirements

• Facilitative leadership style and attention to professional development
• Good-developed administrative and political sensitivity
• The ability to create connections and weigh interests in a careful and balanced manner
• Experience with complex municipal projects, enabling you to navigate the (administrative) stakeholder field of the spatial domain
• HBO or WO work and thinking level
• At least 5 years of experience as a leader in the spatial or public domain
