Job Description
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for monitoring installations, ensuring work is performed according to Bergelectric Corp. standards and project specifications, and managing productivity, safety, quality control, labor cost, scheduling, and procurement of materials.
Requirements
- Achieve Bergelectric Corp. productivity objectives
- Establish project goals and monitor success
- Manage purchase orders and materials
- Adhere to project contract document changes
- Utilize a prefabrication facility and company-wide installation methods
- Ensure proper safety equipment and tools
- Conduct effective performance evaluations
- Maintain complete and accurate “as-builts”
- Communicate effectively with project owners and team members
- Ensure all work performed meets with NEC, federal, state, county, local codes and contract documents
- Adhere to all Bergelectric Corp., state and federal safety policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in fostering a teamwork environment
