Job Description
The General Foreman Electrical will manage labor, materials, and production for electrical construction projects, providing technical expertise and leadership to ensure work is performed according to Bergelectric Corp. standards and project specifications.
Requirements
- Supervision of all field production activities
- Planning and ordering materials and workforce
- Establishing project goals and monitoring success
- Reviewing and monitoring labor efficiencies and costs
- Maintaining project schedule and updating weekly
- Providing leadership and guidance to sub-Foremen
- Tracking and monitoring material costs and storage
- Achieving productivity objectives and maintaining accurate labor tracking reports
- Communicating effectively with project owners, architects, and management
- Adhering to project contract document changes and Bergelectric Corp. policies
