
Job description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for communicating with Project Managers and Division Managers, assisting with tasks like schedule and risk management, and administrative duties. The role involves coordinating project management activities, liaising with clients, and communicating project status to all participants.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Process change orders and purchase orders, and set up new work orders.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience, and 2+ years of experience in Project Coordinator or a related field. The candidate should have knowledge of all aspects of construction, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
