
Job description
The Project Coordinator 1 role provides coordination support in various areas, partnering with construction project management staff. This role acts as a support to the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to ensure accurate and efficient project documentation tracking.
Assist with project start-ups and close-outs, provide front desk relief, prepare routine correspondence, and maintain and control the billing process and schedules per contract requirements.
This role requires a high level of customer service, accuracy, and attention to detail, with experience in Viewpoint Construction Software preferred. The ideal candidate can work independently, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in MS Word and Excel.
