Job Description
Negotiates, drafts, and reviews documents related to the NBMC collection matters. Advises management on legal questions and reviews documents for form and legality. Manages claims/litigation and coordinates with insurance carrier and assigned counsel.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and Paralegal Certificate
- One to three years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
- Proficiency in Westlaw and/or Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Speaks, reads and writes English to the extent required by the position
