Job Description
Evaluates and treats physician-referred patients by organizing and conducting physical therapy programs. Evaluates physical dysfunction or disability, and plans and implements specific treatment programs. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
Requirements
- Evaluates physical dysfunction or disability, and plans and implements specific treatment programs according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
- Provides treatment of patients in accordance with departmental standards of operation while observing specially indicated precautions.
- Prepares written reports, patient evaluations, care plans, interim progress report, and discharge summaries with recommendations for follow-up.
