Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Technician responsible for completing service requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining grounds and common areas. Full-time position with benefits and competitive pay.
Requirements
- Two years of maintenance experience and/or training
- High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
- Valid state-issued driver's license with safe driving record
