Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Technician, responsible for service request completion, troubleshooting, and repair of service issues in apartment homes and buildings, with a focus on delivering high resident satisfaction and executing company operations policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Two years maintenance experience and/or training
- High School or GED required
- Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
- Valid state-issued driver's license with safe driving record
