We are looking for a Post Merger Integration Lead – Finance to lead the integration of newly acquired units into existing financial processes, systems, and structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in post-merger integration or finance transformation projects and strong knowledge of Lucanet, HGB, and IFRS.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Documented experience in post-merger integration or finance transformation projects
- Mandatory: solid knowledge of Lucanet (consolidation and reporting)
- Very good knowledge of HGB and IFRS
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA an advantage)
- Well-developed analytical skills, project management competence, and communication strength
- Fluent German and English skills
