Job Description
The Berklee Emerging Technologies Lab (BEATL) is seeking a visionary Head of Content and Audience Growth to lead the strategy for reaching global audiences and bridging the gap between editorial judgment and multimedia production.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in audience development, digital media strategy, or content leadership
- Technical Fluency: Demonstrated experience with AI-driven editing platforms (Descript or similar) and building automated content workflows
- Multimedia Mastery: A proven track record of creating and 'atomizing' content across various social and digital platforms
- Analytical Rigor: Deep understanding of performance metrics, SEO, and the emerging world of AEO
- Mission Alignment: A background or deep personal interest in music and creative tech, combined with a commitment to artist-centered advocacy
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience navigating complex institutional ecosystems while remaining 'experimental' and comfortable iterating in public
