Temporary Five-Week Office Assistant

This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the preparation and daily operations of Berklee’s Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive. In addition to handling essential administrative tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Berklee faculty and prospective students in a variety of on-campus settings.

Requirements

• Proficiency with both Mac and PC platforms
• Experience with music notation software (e.g., Finale)
• Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
• Solid clerical and administrative skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CD duplication and basic audio editing technology (preferred)
• Competency as a rhythm section instrumentalist (helpful)
