Intern (Paid) - Solicitor's Department

Performs professional legal work as an intern of the County Solicitor’s office with direct, regular supervision, including reviewing Right-to-Know requests, researching, and preparing formal responses.

Requirements

• Researching legal issues and drafting memoranda and policies on legal issues.
• Representing the County at unemployment hearings.
• Attending various legal proceedings.
• Drafting legal appeals.
• Researching and preparing responses to Right-To-Know requests and appeals
• Miscellaneous typing.
