Job Description
We are searching for a Claims Examiner Trainee to join our dynamic and growing organization. As a Claims Examiner Trainee, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution. You will complete classroom training and learn skills such as investigative and persuasive communication, negotiation, decision-making, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (preferred)
- Spanish fluency (preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook
