Job Description
Berkshire Systems Group, Inc. is seeking a Fire Technician I to maintain, repair, and provide customer support for Fire Alarm Systems. The Fire Technician I will travel to client sites in Pennsylvania, including state schools, small businesses, and government entities, and perform on-site and remote installations, inspections, and repairs. This role is crucial for maintaining fire safety within the company's Commercial, Industrial, and Government solutions.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge with an electronics background
- Ability to commission and modify basic fire alarms systems
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Impeccable organizational and multi-tasking skills
- At least one (1) year of experience with Fire Alarm system installations
- Associate's degree in Electronics or related field a
- Industry certifications such as NICET and formalized manufacturer training a plus
