Security Systems & IT Integration Specialist

Berkshire Systems Group is seeking a skilled Security Systems & IT Integration Specialist to install, configure, and maintain security systems, integrating them with IT/network infrastructure. This role involves working with CCTV, access control, alarms, cloud platforms, and IP networks to provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients across Pennsylvania. The position offers 40+ years of experience in the field.

Requirements

• Install, program, and maintain CCTV, card access, alarms, and electronic panels
• Configure and troubleshoot IP-based security systems, cloud platforms, and networked devices
• Apply networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Commission and test security/communication systems for proper operation
• Read and apply technical drawings, scopes of work, and manufacturer documentation
• Document system configurations, service calls, and project progress
• Provide client training and technical support
• Participate in on-call rotation
