Master Data specialist

KLARSTEIN is looking for a Master Data Specialist to manage Business Partner (BP) master data, support data-related workflows and approval structures, and ensure data accuracy and governance across systems.

Requirements

• Experience with master data management or similar administrative/data roles
• Understanding of approval workflows and user access/authorization concepts
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Systematic and very careful way of working
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• English at a communicative level (B2)
• German language skill is a plus
