Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of cutting-edge digital products, bridging Berlin Bytes' engineering prowess with Kambria's human-centric AI transformation insights.

Requirements

• Technical Autonomy & Problem Solving: Proven ability to take full technical ownership of projects, independently identify and solve complex engineering challenges, and drive solutions from ideation to production deployment.
• Collaborative & Client-Facing Communication: Proven ability to work effectively and communicate complex technical concepts within cross-functional teams and directly with clients, fostering an environment of technical excellence and shared understanding.
• Programming Mastery: Expertise in at least one widely-adopted programming language, including proficiency in its type system and comprehensive knowledge of associated tooling, such as build tools, package management, testing, and linters, for building robust enterprise solutions.
