Vice President, Paid Media, Real Estate

Orchestra is seeking a Vice President, Paid Media to join its Real Estate team. The role will involve leading creative advertising strategies and media plans that drive impactful, measurable results for clients. The candidate will work across the approximately 50-person Real Estate Practice to enhance the team's existing owned and paid channel work, while also supporting new business development opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the planning, buying, and executing of advertising campaigns on Meta, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
• Experience managing multiple clients and competing deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of company staff, clients, and vendors
• Reliable self-organization systems and meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills
• Experience (directly/indirectly) managing staff, with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor team members
• A collaborative leadership style and demonstrated ability to align teams toward shared performance goals
• Positive approach to problem solving
