Requirements
- JD required (2020-2021 law school graduates)
- Admitted to the New York Bar and/or the California Bar
- Related experience in securities litigation, class actions, or complex litigation
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Judicial clerkships a plus
- Excellent writing and legal research skills
- Strong financial literacy
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
- Desire to represent investors rather than corporations
- Ability to take a meaningful role in multiple complex cases
- Excellent time management, multitasking and communication skills
