Job Description
The BERT OGDEN Quality Control Specialist is responsible for final quality inspections of serviced vehicles, ensuring safety standards and compliance before customer delivery. This role involves verifying torque, checking drain plugs and oil filters, documenting inspection results, and coordinating with Service Advisors to complete all necessary steps. The specialist must maintain safety and quality standards and adhere to all company policies.
Requirements
- Perform final quality inspections on all serviced vehicles before release.
- Verify all lug nuts are present, undamaged, and torqued to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect oil pan drain plug and oil filter housing for proper installation and leaks.
- Use proper tools and PPE for inspection.
- Document inspection results using the QC Inspection Checklist.
- Red-tag and report any failed inspections.
