Requirements
- Master's, Doctoral or other terminal degree from an accredited college or university
- 5 years of appropriate experience in the areas(s) of specialization and expertise required for candidates with a Master’s degree
- Two (2) years of appropriate experience in the area(s) of specialization and expertise required for candidates with a doctoral degree
