We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at TERRITORY MEDIA. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Completed studies or apprenticeship in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Media Management or comparable field of study
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in agency field, as a marketer or comparable role in sales
- Sales personality: Enjoy telephonic approach, extroverted, strong communicator
- Networker: High contact pleasure, convincing appearance at events and in personal conversations
- Sales experience: Experience in cold acquisition, telesales, account development or comparable role, ideally in the media, marketing or agency field
- Goal-oriented: Enjoy reaching and exceeding KPIs (e.g. appointments per week, number of new leads)
- Organizational strength: Independent and structured working method, secure documentation in CRM system
- Team player: Open personality that quickly integrates into the agency environment
