Director (f/m/d) Corporate Development

As Director Corporate Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative and forward-thinking strategies that define BMG's next chapter. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in developing and implementing strategy, establishing partnerships and driving business development, and sharing and aligning BMG's priorities and progress with our parent company Bertelsmann.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in top-tier strategy consulting or equivalent experience in high-impact corporate strategy role
• Master’s degree in business administration, economics or comparable degree program from a reputable university
• Excellent problem structuring and analytical skills across quantitative and qualitative applications with impeccable attention to detail
• First class written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage senior stakeholders and enact influence without formal authority
• Proven history of working with a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset, complemented by robust organizational skills
