Job Description
We are looking for an Operational Process Excellence Manager to drive efficient, lean, and future-proof processes using Lean Six Sigma and Lean Management. The role involves coordinating and controlling interdepartmental improvement projects, analyzing and implementing processes, and working with stakeholders and IT teams to implement improvement measures smoothly.
Requirements
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience with process mining, ideally with Celonis
- Several years of experience in relevant industries such as financial services, insurance, consulting, or healthcare
- Successfully led improvement projects with departmental impact and measurable benefits
- Fluent German language skills and confident appearance, as well as developed communication strength
