BMG is looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing to lead and execute digital strategy for a pop-led frontline roster with diversity across genres. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in music, entertainment or media, and a strong performance mindset.
Requirements
- Lead digital marketing for a roster of frontline artists.
- Build the audience thinking and campaign architecture that connects a release to a measurable outcome.
- Translate artist briefs and commercial goals into digital plans we can run against.
- Plan content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and emerging platforms.
- Shape cultural moments with intent.
- Understand fandoms and know how different audiences behave.
- Partner with creators and digital partners where they earn a place in the plan.
- Work with the insights team to read audience and performance data and turn it into decisions.
- Track the metrics that matter.
- Contribute to BMG's evolving measurement approach, including smart link attribution and correlation with streaming outcomes.
