Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader (PSC) in the area of color separation / book block printing (m/w/d) to strengthen our team.
Requirements
- Leading a production department for the production of color separation / book block printing on books and brochures
- Planning and development of employees in the team
- Ensuring high machine availability in close cooperation with maintenance and quality assurance
- Controlling daily production in terms of productivity, quality, and punctuality
- Daily process control, possibly introduction and follow-up of suitable measures
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and workstations
