We are looking for a Team Leader Logistics to lead, motivate, and inspire their team of shoppers in our Fulfillment Center in Nuremberg, ensuring smooth warehouse processes and achieving daily goals as a team.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a similar field
• 1 year of work experience in team leadership or a similar leadership position in logistics
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Part-time work (afternoons and occasionally on Saturdays) within a full-time position
• Resilience and ability to maintain a clear head in challenging situations
